Here’s what being a part of our authentic crew entails:
Greet guests; ensure the table is clean and prepared with utensils, and other needs have been provided
Distributes menus and presents the daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner
Ensures that food is prepared correctly and to guests satisfaction
Collect plates and clears the table as guest finish their meals
Prepares guests checks and collect payment
Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties and preparation tasks
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements
ServSafe Alcohol Certification, Food handler card, or other certifications may be required.
Qualifications
Previous Server or related experience preferred
Physical demands:
Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Frequently ascend/descend stairs
Frequent standing and walking
